Mallory earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in May 2015. In May 2019, she became the owner of Rock Steady Boxing Dallas and Southlake, where she also serves as a certified Head Coach.
In July 2019, Mallory achieved distinction as a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy. She is additionally certified in LSVT BIG and PWR! Moves, evidence-based exercise programs designed specifically for individuals with Parkinson’s disease.

Why Rock Steady Boxing?
Through her work as a physical therapist, Mallory identified a critical gap in care for patients following discharge from formal therapy. To address this need, she partnered with her husband to establish two Rock Steady Boxing programs, creating a supportive, engaging, and safe environment for individuals with Parkinson’s disease to maintain an active lifestyle.
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of her professional work, Mallory enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and extended family and friends. She has a passion for travel—especially visiting her home state of Indiana—as well as live music, good food, and outdoor activities.

Credentials/Experience with Rock Steady Boxing:
Rick started his Rocksteady coaching journey in 2018. The first couple of years up until the pandemic, he was running classes for those that were on walkers and wheelchairs plus those who could still move on their own with no help. He has ran classes of 1 all the way up to 20+. Rick teamed up with Mallory in October 2022.
Why Rock Steady Boxing?:
Rick actually didn't want to add the RSB program to his gym, as his hands were full. However, a friend convinced him to get the certification. He went to Indianapolis and quickly saw the impact this program had on lives. He came back to Fort Worth and began the program. The first boxer to walk through his doors was Jack Parks. He would soon become one of his favorite people. After a couple of months in the program Jack no longer needed a cane. Then him and his wife booked a trip and never stopped traveling after that. That's what did it for Rick. A person got their life back and enjoyed it to the fullest. He never looked back after that. These boxers give so much more than what we give them and Rick has been happy to do it ever since.
Hobbies:
Rick is a dudes dude. Sports, outdoors, grilling and some cold ones with the friends.

Credentials/Experience with Rock Steady Boxing:
Rachel was blessed to happen upon Rock Steady Boxing Southlake through a gym she was managing and has been with them since March of 2021. Rachel started as a volunteer but completed her Rock Steady Boxing coach certification in September 2023. Rachel has a personal training certification through NESTA and a Nutrition Certification through NCSF, both since September 2019. Rachel also has earned her Senior Fitness Specialist certification in October 2023.
Why Rock Steady Boxing?:
Rachel was a stay at home mom for 14 years. Her boys, as they tend to do, became more independent leaving her with a lot of free time on her hands. She has always had a "want to help" mentality. She found that in the fitness industry. It's not about having the perfect bikini/beach body. It's about having a better quality of life all around. This program has a special place in her heart since her grandmother had Parkinson's, as well as one of her "other mothers". Rachel believes if she can help even just 1 person have a better quality of life managing this terrible disease, then her heart will be full and mission accomplished.
Hobbies:
Rachel loves to hang with her family, watch football, and work on her fitness. She also loves to eat good food and travel to fun places eating her way through!
